What verus are you working on. If it's a gen one then then a sata Cable should work. I replaced mine with a slightly longer one and just folded it. I'd recommend eBay. Or here....

I would suggest that you simply use the web based email client that your email provider will likely have available to you. Browse to your email provider using chrome and log into their webmail....

I've used a Ford VCM2 wireless over WiFi and IDS to program a Ford but the GM MDI2 which could have the same capability does not allow wireless programming of the vehicle computers and SPS from GM....
