Why does it say Verdict on my Verus?

Like in Component tests it shows Verdict in upper left corner

I am currently using 10.4

I wonder if 11.4 will show different ?

Guy said sending me 11.4 in mail on Thumb drive said he already paid for it
and was suppose to be on here already, said his Snappy guy messed up.

I dont see how I can get the software from a thumb drive ...I thought
this stuff was machine specific to prevent piracy?

If he falls through I'm sending it back VIA Ebay buyer protection I already have a claim in place. The ordered him to make the sale right, by what it was listed as 11.4

Verdict on Verus

The whole reason your Verus shows Verdict is because that was what the original 10.4 was geared towards - the Verdict. The 10.4 switch to Atlas made it's debut on Verdict.

Yours is an early version, probably before the 10.4.4 service release.11.4 will not show Verdict on your Verus.

The software can easily be stored on a USB drive. I just hope it works after you install it. You may have licensing issues. You will find out quickly... on certain vehicles it will just not work. I think this guy may not be able to get the software from his rep. I would think that Snap-on would frown on the practice of reps copying software, it should get a direct install from the truck to the tool.

Oh when I updated the software to 10.4.4 that went away that Verdict thingy.

Still working on getting my 11.4 upgraded, Been working with ebay directly
and they been calling seller, but now they want me to call seller and
make time to get his snapon guy to talk to my snapon guy to get it downloaded.

What a nightmare ...oh well all is not lost yet , ebay ahas been pretty good so far.

Verdict Software

the Verus has the Verdict software. my dealer came in with the Verdict wireless meter module and i tried it with my Verus and worked wireless. so if wanted you can go back and forth. if you want to use the 4 channel scope and ignition. works good.
