I have reported this to Tech Support but thought I would put it here too in case someone else noticed this.
Performing a Purge Seal test on a 2007 Pontiac G5 2.2 VIN 1G2AJ55F777232256 and noted that the purge function works as requested but when you request the seal function the purge solenoid is supposed to be commanded closed but it only closes for a split second and then goes back to the previously requested purge %. It will then abort the test as the vacuum gets too high in the tank. As a work around you can command the purge solenoid back to 0% and confirm the system holds a vacuum that way.
Tried 3 other GM vehicles:
2008 Chevrolet Equinox 3.4 VIN 2CNDL23F086327064
2008 Chevrolet Equinox 3.4 VIN 2CNDL23F286343265
2013 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4 VIN 1G1PC5SB7D7316812
This test worked last week on the 2007 Pontiac when I was using the 16.4 software.
