Tech10 my only scan tool is a Verus Edge. I will post my results after attempting to use my PTP3 and Fords new software website. Thank you everyone for the help.
Here is a link from Drewtech on what to have to perform the procedure and the procedure of replacing a Ford PCM and the navigation of the FJDS site while doing it . ( There is a menu selection for PATS functions also.)If I was paying for a subscription , I figure I might as well just update the calibration of the PCM to the latest available calibration , and any other modules you can. I think the 2010 Escapes had TSBs with the Climate control system reflashed to run lowest fan a higher blower fan speed to lessen chance the AC dryer desiccant failures.
Thanks Wit. It's still sitting on back burner . I will revisit this project here shortly and post what I find. Why do all the cars I attempt to work on go stale in my shop LOL?!
