    yes i lost my work ,anyone else seen this screen?
    when working on a 2001 jeep i clicked on obd direct and got this screen then the verus locked-up?

      Yes, I had seen this screen alot before I installed the service update but since then not so much. I thought maybe it was my fault for being impatient and hitting screen too many times or by accident but now I find it happens more with Dodge and Jeep products and some test applications.

          The Service Update

          Is this something that is only done on the Snap On Truck? With an Outlandish $ Tag.

              No it is free on the web, check at the top of this page under diagnostic software tab then under verus software service release. There is also a sticky in the verus section.
