    suretrack lost preferences

    Nick, Around tues 10-7-14 I quit receiving email from ask a tech, same thing next day. I went in to my preferences and all check boxes were deselected for all GM makes. I re-selected my preferred years and makes. Will see how it comes out.

    Ok, let me know if it happens again. We've been doing several updates to SureTrack at night.

      No email

      Hi Nick, So as of 11-7-14 I have received 0 emails from askatech. This is 2 weeks straight. It is difficult to maintain a 15 minute response time when I never know a post is entered. Anyone else have this issue?

        We didn't do an update last night so I don't know why this happened again. Let's see if anyone else is having the same problem.
