Default Ethos Edge ~ Modis Edge w/o Scope?

Hi guys is the Ethos Edge just like an Modis Edge w/o scope and smaller screen?
Do they share the same OS? same processor?
Do they need/take RAM memory upgrades?
Does anyone here have pictures of their internals?
Thanks.

Modis Edge- Scanner with suretrack, troubleshooter and lab scope.
Solus Edge - Scanner with Suretrack and Troubleshooter.
Ethos Edge - Scanner

They share the same OS. SMX.
I can't imagine the internals are the same.
They don't need RAM or processor upgrades.
Never took one apart.

Joe
