    Bad Starter

The starter on our CAT 950 loader only gave about 2 seconds of good crank time before it slowed down too much to fire. The batteries and cables checked out so I tested starter draw with the high amp probe. You can see in the graph that as the starter slows down the current draw goes up. Bad starter, I replaced it and engine cramks good good again. I haven't had time yet to autopsy the old starter to see what was shorting out. I'm also testing windows 10 to se if Shop Stream works (it does) and how things post on here if any different.
