What version of the software do you have? 10.2? 10.4? 11.2? 11.4? Do you have the latest Service Release installed?

I just sent mine in for the same issue. Mostly would not sync first thing in the am.

ok so i waited about two weeks for it. I called snap on with the tracking number and they said it was repaired, shipped and recieved. I said WTF I never got it. it was sent to another dealer far far away.
anyways I got it back, it runs like it should now no more blue tooth loss and loads up the car properly. I also noticed some new programs on the bottom right just havnt messed with them yet they must be there as a patch possibly.
MAKE SURE you save all UPS tracking information

              Re-Pair the Device

If you boot up and notice the red X'es on the devices.

              Initial Boot.jpg

              Go to System Settings.

              Pairing Menu.jpg

              Pair up the devices again.

              Paired Devices.jpg

That should get you going again.

              No-Start.

You have to add the devices again. Then it will see it.

                            Another "troll" piping up here.

I had trouble sorting through your "texting" in your first post, and yes your spelling is atrocious and no, I'm not your babysitter, try learning the "Kings' English" or go back to grade school or use a spell check program yourself-!!

Did you mean a SOLUTION or a SALUTATION-??
Think about it, clear communication works wonders.
