When trying to clear the codes, the scanner says " An Error Occured" Return Code:504(0X1F8) #116(SETOSC) (DCX CLEAR CODES PRE89). Also code #13 comes on after just turning the key to on position and cranking to see if codes are cleared.
The scanner always shows vacuum reading at map sensor(positivereading), manifold vacuum always reads a negative reading.
When driving the car at lower speeds and trying to accerate the car bucks, also sounds like wastegate is open.
Code 13 says that the map vacuum does not change but it always does as the throttle is opened and closed.
