Where is Lexus

    Where is Lexus

    Hello

    Have a Verus running 15.4

    I have no option for Lexus, was this not in a older update for Lexus to be added?

    I have check and made sure it is selected from Favorites and it is not present.

    I have checked in Toyota and there is no models with the same engine size so I have tried accessing via Toyota

      Maybe try clicking the button on top that says "Show Full List". If not, call Tech Support. Your Verus has Lexus coverage.

      On edit, I see you already checked to see it wasn't deselected as a favorite. Call Tech Support. They'll get it figured out.

          Thank you for the reply, I've tried that already.

          I have also tried a Modis Ultra from a friend on latest 15.4 and this also has the same issue of no option even on full list.

          Thanks I will give Tech Support a go.

              Something is wrong. Lexus appears on my 15.4 Modis Ultra. Are these US Market Scanners?

                      OK. Sorry then. Our software is different. That explains why we are different, but not why your Lexus info is missing.

                          Was Lexus ever on earlier versions of the UK software?If not and Lexus is now a commonly found car brand found and sold in the UK it should be added.
