    SureTrack Errors since 8/1/14

On the evening of 8/1/14, we deployed some changes to SureTrack that have resulted in several problems with the site. Here are things we know about so far.
    1. Missing or incorrect vehicles displayed on Latest Questions and Latest Fixes list.
    2. General site slowdown, especially when opening questions and fixes.
    3. Errors when trying to reply to questions.
    4. Errors when trying to edit your posts.
    5. E-mail link in e-mail notifications not working.

If you get an error message in SureTrack, even for something listed above or someone else reported it, please reply with what you were doing (including vehicle) and what error message you got. Include the browser you're using if possible. The error will look like the example below, the text at the bottom is the important part.

That list pretty much sums up the issues with the site. Keep up the good work Nick, I know you guys are working hard to resolve these problems.

I'm not getting errors replying to posts this morning. Please let me know if you're still getting them.

                Thanks Bob.

Is anyone able to open posts from the e-mails?

Just having my second beer so I'm becoming unfiltered now

I haven't used Sure Track Trouble shooter except a few times on my MT2500 and old Solus , but reading all the rants it sure sounds to me like a head ache to straighten out.

When I go to the list of questions to answer a new question I get this error when I click on the link to the question. It times out before the question opens.

Are you using FireFox or Chrome? I seem to time out more in FireFox when IE will open the post. I timed the opening of posts and they seem to take 35-39 seconds. If it gets over 30 in FireFox it times out.

I'm thinking typical greed , where the Corporate Headhunters have already cut staff in half since the 90's and overworking the dedicated few who remain, and the folk that do remain know better to keep their mouths shut.
Is this the discussion you intended to post this in?

I only use FireFox...so I guess that is why they time out on me...
