Modis Ultra problem

It does not seem to hold a charge. Plug it in, charge for hours, the battery indicator has the charging sign. Unplug it...and the battery life is basically nothing. Get the whole "low battery....." message.

Kind of sounds like the battery has gone south? Is it powering up with the dlc?

Does it hold a charge if you charge it through the DLC cable?
Maybe your charger is on its way out.
Pull the battery make sure the contacts and case look ok

Im gonna have to say that it charges well through the OBD side, since the battery has not totally died.

Gonna have to fish the charger out from behind the desk.

It is only a few months old, shouldn't be bad already.

EDIT: had a T-stat job today, so i plugged the modis in while waiting for t-stat to open. Charged up the battery. So new charger on Monday.
