Verus Repair utility failure

Hello I am having problems updating my verus. I keep getting failures in the update utilities.

FILES NOT AVAILABLE C\programfiles\snap-on\diagnostics\verus\data .

Anyway to fix this without reimaging?

I am having issues as well. I open the Verus Diagnostic and repair utility and before i click apply it shows this: currently installed version: unable to determine current VERUS version. I then click apply and it shows several lines of attempted updates with "failed" as results. This is a first gen verus with 11.2 purchased from the so truck
