Post Jeep Grand Cherokee injector 2 timing issue

Good day, I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 Diesel in my shop with a fault code says injector 2 Timing not the same as other injectors. I have tested the injector at a diesel injection shop and tests okay. Swapped injector 1&2 and fault still says injector 2. Checked wiring to ECU and resistance on harness from injectors to ECU and tests okay. Checked pins on ECU plug and all look good. Please can you advise if there are any other checks I may have missed to diagnose this fault.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
