Default Transferring European Software

Hi All:

I currently own a 10.2 Modis. I like it, but it is very cumbersome to me at times. I am considering purchasing a used Solus Pro to see if I like the convenience and portability of it better. I own a Vantage Pro, so to me the Modis has redundant capabilities. I never reach for the Modis to to scope / graphing work. I bought it for the bigger screen. I thought I would want that more than portability. I think for my own preferences I was wrong.

I have added a European software upgrade to the Modis. I am wondering if it is possible to uninstall the Euro software from the Modis and install it to a Solus Pro if I were to decide to keep the Solus and sell the Modis? This is pivotal in my decision to pursue this.

Please share any knowledge on this topic. Thanks, Bob.

No, the software is married to the machine. This is to prevent bootleging the software.
