2001 DeVille HVAC

I'm running a Verus with current 16.2 software. Attempted to diagnose 2001 Cadillac DeVille "no cold air" complaint. Connected my scan tool and there was no menu option for the HVAC module. Is this a hole in the coverage or am I missing something obvious here?!! Any work-a-round on this? I'm pretty sure temp blend door is wasted but it would be nice to confirm with scan data/code.

Go into Body and then see if you can find HVAC

Thanks Wit. I found HVAC data under "Instrument Panel Module" tab. It's all there ie. codes, actuator counts, and functional tests. No hole in coverage FYI.
