Snapon verus pro 14.4 incomplete

Hello when using my verus on a 2003 Mini Cooper when trying to aces wiring diagrams in the information icon (autodata) the Tec data icon is no ghosted all others are,the Tec data icon should work as in 14.2 but nothing happens,contacted snap on help line UK very nice people they said that there verus pro with 14.4 on the same vehicle did not work
Will snap on fix this or just add it to the next soft ware update ?

Hello just a quick up date on my progress
Well the new 15.2 is out now and I asked my local snapon rep Al James
What's is happening with the problems I have been having with 14.4
He spoke to snapon and the updated has the mini problem fixed and a few others like reviewed scan data you can now drag the curser to any point on the
Screen very handy
As I paid for 14.4 in one payment would they just up date the faults and fix them but instead the sold me the update at 1/3 of the sale price
