Fatal Application Error

Hello Dear Users!

I just got the SOLUS PRO unit with this kind of problem: After starting it up i get an error goes like "Application SolusPro.exe has performed illegal operation and will be shut down. Exception 0xC0000005, Adress: 01EACF44.

Anyone may guess what happened and what should i do?
Please help.

Welcome to the forum Matitronik, I'm thinking your CF card might have a problem because the address of error has CF in it. I would call tech support and see if there is a way to reinstall the existing level software on a new CF card and get procedure on how to perform a "device recovery"or Maybe return it to the seller ASAP if it doesn't work. I bought an old Solus used that occasionally would display it performed an illegal operation and would have to shut down at least I don't think SO would be scanning freeze frames of naked wives off SSC .
