    SureTrack update on 12/10/14

    We deployed an update to SureTrack to fix or enhance several things.

    We did develop an issue with editing posts. If you try to edit your post, you may get an error message. We're going to work on it overnight and hopefully have it fixed in the morning.

    If you see any other issues, please click the Support button and let us know. Please include which browser you are using and the version.

    Just tried a post.
    Uploaded OK
    Forgot to put a word in a sentence .
    Went to "edit"
    got this response.
    ----
    took picture
    went to "edit"
    Resized to 60%
    uploaded smaller file to not FILL the screen

      Yep, that's the error. Hopefully we'll get it fixed soon.

          That's good news.
          At least the feedback contact on that page worked this time.
          It has been a problem in the past. This time I got an automated email that it was able to send a comment to administration. Thanks.

            Yes, we changed the error messages to link to the Support page instead of trying to open an e-mail directly.

              I've been able to edit a few of my post this morning with no issues..... Using Chrome...... Just thought you'd like to know Nick.....

                Yes, it's an intermittent error and it depends on the content of the posts. The fix will be applied soon.
