OK, now this FIX really is disturbing.
Not picking on anyone here, just the choice of wording, which is UNCLEAR as to WHICH part was "replaced".

Low pedal / Minimal Braking 1998 > Chevrolet > Pickup > K1500 > 5.7
----
Symptoms
Hard pedal with engine off, low pedal and weak braking with engine running.
----
Diagnostic Steps Performed/Parts Replaced
Have found no leaks and have bled the system several times, checked the brakes front and rear and have found no issues.
----
Best Answer
a bad booster would typically make for a hard pedal whist the engine was running
----
What fixed the problem
Removed the master cylinder from the booster and found it was leaking, replaced and the issue did not return.
------------------------
The "Best Answer" has a description OPPOSITE to the condition.
Then in the "What Fixed The Problem" it says two parts were separated and one was found to be leaking after no leaks had been found previously..
Was the BOOSTER leaking or was the MASTER leaking-??
Leaking WHAT, air or brake fluid-??
Which one was "replaced", the leaking booster or the leaking master.
I'm not going to A$$-U-ME anything.
I did look for a way to post into this "fix" but wasn't able to find any way to try to clarify the "fix".
The selection of words here makes it ambiguous as to exactly which part was replaced.
I would GUESS the Master Cylinder but was that it really-??
