Sonoma Tech Congratulations! Your peers have given you enough reputation to put you into the fist level!

Default TPMS3: Database Loading..........

I have a TPMS3 tool that is about 1 year old. I took it home to do an update on my home computer and afterwards did not use it for a few weeks.
Now when I turn it on it looks like it is going to start normal but then it says DATABASE LOADING PLEASE WAIT and the bar graph at the bottom does not move. It will stay that way for hours. I cannot get past that point. I connect it to my same computer at home and the snap-on TPMS3 WEBTPM V7.13 will not start either. I click on the icon and it says it is STILL RUNNING!!!
What could be the issue?
