02 accord automatic temp control

i have a 02 accord with auto temp contol. this car was hit in the front end and the a/c has never been the same. The pressures are good,however, the compressor cycles when the a/c is on its lowest setting. my solus doesnt access the atc module to see what the in-car temp sensor is reading.i did the self diag through the controller but no codes were found. im wondering if the right condenser was installed in this vehical. has anyone come across this issue?

Make sure the heater control valve on the firewall is working properly.
