my dc volt meter wont go to zero it is stuck on -8.67 volts and keeps coming up with errors
71 yrs old retired and cant afford to get another scope
any help please THE U 15 IC CHIP ON THE MOTHERBOARD GETS VERY HOT SO IT IS SHORTED , THE PROBLEM IS I CANT FIND AN ID FOR THE CHIP LETTERS ON THE CHIP ARE MVRA AND UNDER THAT LENB
IT IS AN 8 PIN CHIP
