Default Solus Missing Files on CF card
Hi
My Solus stop communicate with any car, so i decide to factory reset ( coldboot)
in ColdBoot show error 7e ( which i google ) and that mean file is not present
error show Load Library ("ScannerCommSetup.dll") Failed
if i click yes show there is other 3 files missing
not sure for exact name as that just flick quick in screen
ScannerSetup.exe, ScannerComs.exe scannerHW.exe
Connected CF Card to my pc and try search this files but they not exist in CF card
My solus have 14.4 software, Just wonder if someone can copy this files from CF card and share with me,

Give your solus to your Snap On dealer and he can do a scanbay device
recovery on the CF card,

Emailed Snap On Tech support already, but they said SOLUS is no longer supported so they can't help :/

Think you could go to E-Bay and search Snap On Solus Repair Service and get better results

If you're on a subscription contract it's covered regard software issue after update. I called them about my solus edge after update I somehow managed to format the sd card and told by support to contact local rep he should be able to sort it or send it in for them to reinstall the software
