SRS light on

Plugged up a friends car with the srs light on and the solus came up with the following, could any of you kind people educate me please.

128 squib-cable resistance pretensioner passenger open circuit

check the wiring/connector under the passenger seat,try unplugging and re-connecting then clear codes again..usually does the trick. if the fault persists then chop the connector out ( carefully and logically ) and solder wires together.
