Default solus problem

Hello to all.
I was wondering if anyone has come across the problem of solus error messages, specifically, " An Error Occured. Return Code 101 (0x65)

This has happened to my scanner as well as my buddies and they both had to be sent out for repair I think they put a new board in both of them.
Try to ID. a different vehicle or use it global OBD .

i had software 7.2 i upgrade to 9.2 but there were no change.i sent it to repair and they put new mother-board.it fixed the problum.

Default return code 101 on prolus

any idea what cause this. was working perfect yesterday. now snap on says it will cost $1000 to fix
