Ï have reconditioned several older Veruses updating hard drives, adding memory, and replacing bios batteries for friends to get them started in diagnostics.and Snap On products.
This happened to original, second generation, and Verus pros all running XP and it doesn't matter which version of diagnostic software.
They all failed to load the diagnostic software and showed the message instead. The dates and times were correct on every tool.
They have all been in service successfully for quite some time before this happened, which was this week at the same time for all of them. Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone have a solution?
