    Someone is BORED!!!

So I wonder what's up with the silly fool that is spamming the forum? It appears as it's the same person, or a program that is auto-registering. I would recommend that a tool serial number be required to join, and that number checked against a database. Banning the offender's IP address might be an option too. Since they are always putting "Man" as the work biography in the profile, perhaps tagging that as a keyword to prevent registration could help. I'm sure the webmasters are working on the issue. Good luck.

Spam bots are rampant right now. I own a vBull forum, mod 1 other, and mod a custom forum, and we are busy with spammers. I have an anti-spam program on my forum, but it really only kills about 1/2 of the spam.

    It is aggravating.

That silly fool was keeping several of us busy last week.
We have made some adjustments to the registration process that seem to be working.

      Thank you for your patients.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one getting tired of it.

I went to look and see what was changed to help combat this issue, and I was even stumped for a moment. I had to actually think for a minute to understand the answer! Lets not discuss that though, as it would defeat the purpose.
