Can We Program A New Win Or Also Called Wcm On A 2010 Dodge Journey With Ptp2 Using Toll Box 2 Thanks For The Help

Sorry but no, Snap-on Scanners Do not program WIN modules and neither will a Jbox. There are some aftermarket scanners that will such as the Autel but....I'm not sure about your vehicle but 2008-2009 LX/LC/WK/WH/XK/XH/RT/R2/RM modeles now come through with 2 new keys and there is a different programing procedure. There may be more vehicles but these are the ones I know of.The Autel cannot do these even a Starscan, Starmobile or Witech with old software can't! Has to be an up to date Witech, not sure about the Mirco Pod II, but it should.
