95 Explorer Abreiviated Rocker Panels
Sick of looking at my rusted out rocker panels I ordered a pair of them but found out I also needed to get a pair of pillar repair patch panels to get the last foot or so of each rocker before the rear wheel well. The inner 2 sections of the rockers I will have to fabricate from scratch from lengths of sheet metal. Had to cut off more rusted metal for prep than I wanted to chew so I'm Hoping my $120 Port Cargo wire welder is up to the task. I'm not a Body Fender guy , and anything I do on this thing always seems like more work than the vehicle is worth. For the heck of it I Just hit the the frame and the remaining metal with a can of black lacquer and now it don't look half bad , almost like it got a 2"lift to the body, LMFAO
