Default FJDS

PC is running windows 10 pro. FJDS is downloaded and installed. The VCI file will download but halfway through the installation i get a message. "the vci software installer failed to load the necessary components. please try again" any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Make sure you have the lastest Software and Firmware installed from Drew-tech. If you do I would contact their customer support.

got a reply from motorcraft service tech. FJDS can only be loaded on PC by its self. and if using a j2534 vci you do not need to download the vci file on motorcraft service site.
