Control device exceeded limit

This is the message I continue to get with my SO scan tools, Verus edge 22.4 and Solus legend 22.4, when attempting to reset fuel content on 2010 Silverado. Is this just a gap in coverage, if so does anybody know of a scan tool that can complete this function??

I think there's nothing wrong with the scan tools. There must not be a fuel content PID to reset.
