Default Ethos PC driver

Hi

I am trying to connect my ethos to my PC shop steam connect software, however it appears I don't have a windows driver, so it will not communicate.

is there an .inf file available ?

I have tried a windows 10 and XP machine with the same results

Thanks in advance

Guessing if the Ethos has a spare sd card slot , I think the files have to be saved to sd card then unmounted, and put in the pc card reader

It has a CF slot for backup up.

It has 2 USB connectors.
One can be used to connect to a computer .

I found a bit of green rubbish between the connector joints,
but got other problems now
