Solus Ultra 16.2...down th garden path

lSolus Ultra 16.2.Working on a 2007 Silverado 2500HD,6.6 vin 6,allison.Having trans issues,diagnostics lead me to check transmission voltage with scan tool.Solus reads 0 volts,also trans temp reads -40 F.I found that I have voltage to trans.
I decided to verify with my Tech 2,it reads 12.8 volts and trans temp 98 F.
Lucky for me that I have a scanner that I can trust

Is there a process to officially report these problems?

Yes, you can call tech support or post it here as a bug report. Tool and software build version (16.2 etc) and all vehicle info are needed. Year, Make, Model, Engine size and first 10 digits of the VIN
