Default 250SL welder

When your looking for a mig welder Snap-On doesn't come to mind. Maybe these SL series welders are a best kept secret in the fabrication world? I'm just a general repair shop, but I am seeing more and more opportunities for patching up exhaust, repairing door latches, etc. Anyways, this is more welder than I need but I am very impressed with it. Highly recommend it.

David Green Congratulations! Your peers have given you enough reputation to put you into the fist level!

Welding and fabrication over here seems to be a dieing trade. All new vehicles produced over here now have that many different materials used together to build the vehicle that normal welding seems a thing of the past. I used to do a lot of welding but 99% of that trade has now gone.

Same here. The trend has just recently started shifting back. I think it is due to parts being hard to find, people running their cars longer due to recession.
