Hi James, are the beeps in any type of sequence that you are able to decipher ?

The usual cause of this issue is due to the batteries have been left in it and have leaked on the motherboard. Depending how bad they have leaked results in how bad it has damaged the board. Have the batteries leaked and have you opened the unit up?

ive had a closer look at the board and I think it can be repaired. the plug of the screen has come off and a small chip. im going to speak to an electronics specialist and see if they had the capability of soldering it back on as the solder areas on the board seem clean.

Sadly, you would not be able to swap the pcb for another as your cf card is linked, permanently, to this one.
If you try it in another solus, a red screen come up, software error, contact Snap On.

Sorry to ' disillusion ' you, but the " lifetime warranty " only applies to hand tools, ( used it a few times ) and not to air, cordless or diagnostic equipment.

I have also experienced this issue, however I see no evidence of damage on the board. Is there any way to determine, or diagnose a repair.
I would think since Snap-On is no longer supporting they should at least make diagnostic information available... Its not like these were cheap!
Just looking for any information or resource in an attempt to repair.
Mine will boot - post, and then once the solus screen goes away the screen blanks and fills with a short line pattern.
