If you value your ability to save scope captures - DO NOT update to 21.4 if you have not already. If you have, check yours by trying to save any scope capture and see if you get the same results.
This is what I have seen on both a Verus Edge and a Zeus:

One was updated over the internet, the other on the Snap on truck.
Once the "saving data" box comes up with the red x where it doesn't belong, you'll have to shut your unit down as it will not allow you to do anything else. The units seem to scan and scope ok, and also save scan files and snapshots, but does this consistently when attempting to save scope files.
I use and save scope files extensively, so this cannot be tolerated. I will try and revert them to 21.2 with the drive images I saved of them. Better by far to lose the update than to lose the ability to save scope files. Fiascos like this is why one should back up his pc based Snappy scanners to an external hard drive.
