let me guess, snap on wants us all to suffer the agony of the atlas program. i'll be sorry to see the last stable snappy scanner go. how long before ethos owners are complaining about scanning fords?

The Solus Ultra doesn't run on "Atlas"

well thank you very much for ruining my fun . so, does this mean you're admitting that atlas is poo poo?

all kidding aside, it will be nice to see what snappy comes up with. do we get any sneek peaks here, or are you gonna let someone on iatn get the scoop first like they did with the verdict (ok, most kidding aside)?

EDIT: oops, i just jumped over to the diagnostic home page. i see no one is stealing your thunder this time .

Reliability is no issue with Ultra. I'm glad keys are going away for OBD2 connections!

It LOOKS like Atlas. I like how they say it runs on a "dedicated" OS, also used in military and medical use. Well, I guess that rules out Microsoft. A smaller Verus, without the scope, and probably works this time. Huh.

Well I see that they made some changes to the UI as well, possibly we will see these changes on the next release for the Verus/Verdict software? Bad thing is we are all going to have to pay for it and that unfair, I paid for 11.2 and it sucks.. I want my money back!!!

It's not a secret, it just has not been released yet. It is $3850. Was launched this last weekend. Had a chance to play with it. It is fast and very stable. Can't wait to get one.

Verdict and Verus Gen2 are Keyless. Obviously since this is the next generation solus it should follow in there footsteps of being wirless.

I would have to say no, as there is no Bluetooth and no WIFI abilities.
