well brett, feel free to ship some up this way, we've been dead since last week, one or two a day but sure not settin the industry on fire, one tow in 02 sebring broke left front upper ball joint and right outer tie rod, still wondering how big of a jump he hit, says he turned a corner and bang! but not likely looking at damage, it's not even a customer of ours, probably won't be fixin it by the sounds of er.

Bummer Joerace..... Wife was probably driving and went to fast over the rail road tracks... lol... Nick... Did that, she still doesn't see why!!! Thought about telling her to just come pick it up the way it is.... The nice guy in me tells ne to smile and wave... Bear of a job though. Especially since her other "mechanic" took wood screws and screwed the center console down through the tunnel. Took pictures of that, time and date to cover my butt!!!!

For the past several weeks I've been editing the titles of questions as people post them. Mostly to remove vehicle names but also to make sure it actually give you a clue to what the question is about without opening it.

Have you noticed? Is it helpful?

I don't want to keep doing it forever but I figure as more users see how most question subjects are formed, they might start doing it themselves.

For a minute I thought you might not be able to see what the vehicle was but is IS in the third line of each post.
If the vehicle is a Lamborghini I might not get involved at all (nor care-!!LOL)

              You're optimistic at least....LOL

That's no fun. Hopefully it hasn't put you totally out of commission.

                                Site Enhancements

Have there been any stories put in to enhance user support? Such as, providing a brief tutorial on site functionality and or improvements to the FAQ.

For example a brief demo on how to post a question, how to set your email up to alert a user when replies are received, and how to close a question.

Either that or maybe provide an ambiguous character in the corner of the webpage that asks "what would you like to do?"

Also, do we have a function to alert a user to close a question after a certain time period?
