    Creating attachments

I am having issues converting info form the Pro-Demand website into files that I can attach to my responses on Sure Track. I am using google chrome. Any info on using a specific format, browser, file sequence, etc. to create a file that is more compatible with the Sure Track site would be greatly appricated. Thank you.

Your best bet is probably creating PDFs. You can usually do this when you go to print something else by selecting PDF as your printer. You may need to install a PDF program such as primoPDF to do it.

Downloaded by 30+ million users. Get Nitro’s PDF converter and quickly convert to PDF from 300+ file types. PrimoPDF - the 100% free PDF creator!

If you are using Chrome Browser, Google has added the print to PDF feature already. Simply select print, then select "Change destination" and you should see a dialogue box with your installed printer, and below that the PDF printer. After selecting PDF printer, you choose the file name and where to save it.

Creating the PDF file via the print menu worked great. The only remaining issue I'm having is the PDF image is incomplete. I have tried to adjust the margins and layout options with no luck. Ultimatly the PDF image ends up missing 20% of the right hand margin, cutting the content short on the right hand of the page. Thank you very much for your help so far, any additional info would be a big help.

Can you give me the details of what you're trying to print from ProDemand so I can follow the same steps?

You might also try printing in landscape but you shouldn't need to. It should create the PDF just like it would look on a printer.

Any info in the "Service Manual" regardless of make, model, year produces the chopped of image after its filed as a PDF. I'm using a google chrome browser and choose the print option when I've found the page(s) i would like to create PDFs out of. I've tried all the options in the print menu with no success. Thank you for taking the time to check this out for me Nick.

Here's one I just created using Chrome. Can you attach one you've created?

Thank you Nick! I think I found my wrong turn. I was choosing the wrong initial print icon. This is a huge help in posting useful attachments from PD.
