Default Ethos Pro scanner Misfire detection counter "enabled?"

I will apologize upfront I'm away from home for a few weeks so i don't have my manual with me on the Ethos Pro scanner i have.

My question:

I have a 2010 Audi A6 3.0L Supercharged V6, I hooked up my scanner because of a SEL came on. On my scanner it shows Misfire Detection counter Cylinder 4 Enabled. Im unable to find anything online why this says this. I tried to select that cylinder but it wouldn't give me an option after selecting it.

Not sure how to load an image on here, if anyone has an idea just message me with an email and i will send it to you so you see what i see.

Any help would me much appreciated.
