Default 09 Nissan Murano FCM/IPM CPA not engaged

Think FCM is Front Control Module, IPM is Integrated power module ?Not sure what the CPA means , but the courtesy lamps don't seem to work , so possibly related to that?
Anybody well versed with Nissan?
I also have VSC off message and ABS-VSC codes C1161 and C1162 that I can't clear despite calibrating the steering angle and g sensors . I think the ABS module reflash and another sensor recalibration might resolve those 2 codes, but not sure if Nissan abs module reflashing is supported with J2534. Anyone know?

When last I checked the cheapest Nissan subscription was $300,I don't work on enough Nissans to warrant that. Also,I have never seen a hard code that could be repaired with a reflash, unless the module had never been flashed.

A 10A room fuse fixed interior lights
I'ld be willing to take a J2534 crack at something, and chance $25 to $30 for a 24 hour access, but $300 for a longer time I'll pass.

I did a quick search for the C1161 just as you did and found the same reprogram bulletin as your link shows.
Bring that bulletin to the customers attention and see if they're willing to let the dealer reprogram as the bulletin suggests.
When a TSB is 8 years old, (Sep-2010), it's questionable that it will fix the issue, but may need to be done to eliminate wasted time.
Engineering has identified a software issue. The reprogramming would be a logical next step but may not be the end of it.

You might also want to check with the dealer if there are any outstanding campaigns for this vehicle, for example ID # P8305.

Thanks Glide. Yes, It does have a open campaign P8305. It's nice Nissan website has a VIN entry look up tool, so you don't have to nuisance call their local dealer service departments to check for you.
