Lets change the "forum" paradigm by making it more interactive. Now I just want to be clear that I'm not complaining about SureTrack, as it provides a very powerful/effective resource to my shop, I am wanting to know how it could be better. Maybe easier ways to upload video and voice bite content from smart phones? Maybe a version that is more mobile friendly? Quicker/easier links to info content contained in ProDemand itself. Just thinking out loud.

I would like to be able to ID a car from inside the thread. I'm thinking of a button that says " ID this vehicle". Then I could easier look up info and answer questions.
