Shop key pro account

When I first bought my scanner, I could go on my computer and get into shop key online. I’ve updated my scanner but I can’t use it on my computer. Says it’s expired and I can’t login to update the code. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Any and help is much appreciated.

Go to this page and follow the instructions under "Expired Accounts" to enter your auth key in the profile manager.
