    Help Solus Edge eesc320

New to forum looking for some assistance.

We are a trade school where I instruct. I have a Solus Edge EESc320 that is giving me a problem... Upon turning on it attempts a software update, i click the box to agree, and then the "agree and continue". it then gives me a series of beeps (10 beeps) ... And displays this error.... " an error occured", " error code 2" " file name none"

snap on has sent me three differentr SD cards, with same results.

    Please help? Thanks Mike

What was the original issue with the unit that resulted in a uSD update being sent to you?
Do you know what version of software was on the unit before it gave you a problem (23.4 for example)?
What version of software did you receive on the uSD?
What is the units Serial Number (Found on the label on the back of the unit)?

      Hello THANK you for assisting.

This unit had a bad screen, one of the auto techs replaced screen. When they went to boot up unit it gave a uSD error. WE called tech support and they saidf the uSD had become corrupt and they would send us a new one. The software on previous was 22.4.2, and thats what we received on the new uSD.. The serial number is 217slg-501095

If multiple new SD cards didn't fix it, then I bet it's going to need to go in for repair.

The message you are seeing when attempt to install the software indicates the internal clock is not set. Assuming this started after the unit was taken apart to replace the display, the battery may have been disconnected or something related to the clock damaged in the process. Either way it will need to go in for repair to determine what's needed.
