Solus EESC310 scanner file download downloading file....
Hi All,
My old trusty Solus started playing up lately and one of my workers did factory reset resulting in the Solus now not starting up anymore.... Turn scanner one starts to load up and comes up with File download downloading file 0 of 5 files up the blue bars but doesn't go any further. I've read the CF card and all files seem present, i also performed the "setcoldboot.bat" which gave me slight progress i managed one file to be install the it got a Scanner file download failed ERROR: happened during scanner software update (1).
Also found 4 files to be missing?
Snap on tech support just said not support no longer offered?
surely there's a way to reinstall files?
Any help / ideas guys?
