I am brand new to the forum. I bought an old used Solus Pro. It came with a bunch of adapters and what I am told are personality keys (basically small rectangular PC boards). How do these work? Where are they inserted? How do I know what vehicle type am each is for and what each does as I’m told there are multiple keys for each manufacturer even within the same model years. The tool itself is only update to 2009 I believe, but I drive an 08 Tahoe so I figured it could work for my application. One other thing, will this tool program keys/remotes on a Jeep vehicle? My niece bought an 05 Liberty with only 1 key/remote and I read online that both OEM keys are necessary to program any others through the vehicle itself. Looking forward to reading up and all information on this older tool and appreciate all responses. Thank you
