Vantage Pro Powers on and only displays "Snap-On" and does nothing else.

Hello all, I have acquired a new to me Vantage Pro and was real excited to use it, I ordered a refurbished battery off ebay, and installed it in the unit powered it on and it just displays the snap on logo and thats it wont do anything else. Have to remove battery to turn it off, bad CF card maybe? any advice is appreciated.

Remove the compact flash card then boot the tool, it should say CF not found. If you don't get that message means the tool is not reading the card and it has hardware problem instead.
