I have a Vantage version 4.0, when I turn it on it reads Memory Card Hdw Page Error-U2, can this be fixed by buying a memory card up date or is this an internal broblem with the unit?

I don't know, but the cards are no longer available for a Vantage. I doubt there is even a reliable source for old/left over ones.
If it is a card error, it might be able to be recovered. If you don't get any other advice here, maybe try removing the card and running a scan disk on it. If it can be repaired you may be back in business.
Did you call Tech Support to see if an old card can be had? I don't think they can, but don't know that for sure.

Also, keep in mind that Vantages with newer software versions are available constantly on Ebay- so, replacement is certainly a viable option.Comment
